This stunning micro lot is 100% Pacamara. It is from Finca Los Vásquez, owned by Alejandro Vásquez and is located in Las Duanas. It is clean and transparent with a caramel sweetness and peach and floral highlights, this is one not to miss out on!!! Alejandro Vásquez has a small farm (10 acres), half of which is planted with Pacamara and the other half Bourbon. Las Duanas is located in the San Ignacio region of the Chalatenango department, El Salvador.
This stuuning micro lot is 100% Pacamara. Once the coffee is picked ripe it is de-pulped immediately, fermented dry for about 12–15 hours, washed five times, and laid to dry on raised beds for 7–10 days.
